  1. Went to the newly opened branch of San Francisco’s Toronado here in Seattle last night; I know the owner/manager. They have a plate o’ bacon that they smoke themselves with appe wood right on the sidewalk. Day-um! Might be worth nvesting ain a simple smoker and firin’ it up!

  3. Not only Bacon as plain old ground beef is hovering around $4.00 a pound. Fuck, at this rate we will all be chompin chicken and pork steak for the foreseeable future.
