  1. Damn, how does he do it? I had Alicia Witt all picked out for next week. I was gonna run her this week, had all sorts of HQ pics and links, but then found little what’s-her-face.

    Another anthro/archeo story I ran across today says that ancient man was in China many tens of thousands of years before current science puts him there, and possibly shagging Neanderthals on the side.

    It’s starting to look like we’re finding out that the human race got smart and got the hell out of africa waaay earlier than we’ve given them credit for. Now if only they’d get even smarter, and get the hell out of Haiti!

  3. Amazing story. And even more amazing is that same ancient MAN just died after serving in the US Senate from West Virginia.
