1. they didn’t even ask the right question. the law no longer has the “reasonable suspicion” element in it. the cops just have to investigate citizenship as part of the routine procedure of any lawful contact. Unless I read the law and it’s recent amendment wrong. If so please someone correct me. Otherwise MSNBC is a day late and a dollar short yet again. No wonder one show on Fox has more viewers than the entirety of MSNBC. Not that I am endorsing Fox, I’s just making a comparison. BMEWS is the only place for news!

2. I find it interesting that I could vote, have the web site thank me for my vote and yet nether the total number of votes nor the number of yes votes changed after my vote was supposedly recorded.  But being MSNBC I can’t imagine they’d fake it and come up with the numbers they report.  Curiouser and curiouser.
