3. To avoid breaching the EU rules, the 3,000 vehicles must be specially designed to limit the damage to the environment in the battlefield.

   Guys, now forgive me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the purpose of an armored vehicle on a battlefield to assist in damaging the local environment as much as possible?
