  1. Take a stand ... I have seen the light.

Posted by Steel Turman    United States   04/16/2005  at  02:17 AM

  2. Here’s some bumper sticker thoughts:
    1.Guns
When they outlaw guns...I’ll be an outlaw.
    2.Abortion
I only believe in retroactive ones.
    3.Taxes
If you take a death tax from me, that’s what you get.
    4.Environment
Earth’s been around a lot longer than us and it’ll take more then ‘deforestation’ to hurt her - when’s she’s ready, she’ll shake us all off like a bad cold. What do you think diseases like ebola and the spanish flu are for?
And remember:  An environmentalist is someone who wants to live in the mountains.  A conservationaist is someone who ALREADY DOES.
    5.Social Security
    See number 1

You guys are all doing a great job as temps! It’s a lot of fun to see what you all come up with!

  3. Actually OCM you DO have right to say something about abortion.

I’ve been pregnant and I assure you that there WAS male involvement in getting me into that condition.
    My point:
    Father’s should have rights!
It not about a woman and her body-
It’s about a baby human’s right to live!

  4. Man has evolved ... we can rise above the violence.

There are too many humans ... abortion is just another way to rectify that.

No man needs more than another. Taxes insure that is the case.

We owe it to our children to leave the world a better place ... our ancestors have made such a muck of it all, we need to sacrifice our greed to rectify those mistakes.

Someday we will all be old ... we should take care of ourselves now and then. And there’s no better institution to do that than a caring government.

  5. Steel-
Are you high?  If so, then what are you on, so I don’t use whatever the heck it is? big surprise

  6. Al Gore has inspired me. I’m so glad to have seen the light.

This EARTH is too precious to waste on such puny and pathetic lifeforms.

Mother Nature/Gaia should not be messed with ... and we have been messing too long.

It is time to reclaim our ancestral roots and sprout a NEW & BETTER WORLD!!!

I am on a natural high my confused friend.

I am here to share the light of my enlightment.

  7. OCM has it right.  NO man has the right to tell me what I can do with my body.  Simple.

  8. Steel, if you are so inspired by Al Goreeza, are you going to quit shaving, plant trees and get your woman to write children’s books about how to say ‘no’?

Posted by Phoenix    United States   04/16/2005  at  10:44 PM

  9. No, Ive decided to shave all of myself and use the clippings for an environmentally friendly mulch to nurture the trees that have life now.

I am offended by the term ‘your woman’, she is an Earth Goddess ... I am unworthy of her attention.

My children have suffered at the hands of dwindling educational resources and are now enrolled in remedial counselling. Soon, they will be able to read and ... perhaps express themselves in words. I consider myself lucky that they are able to sign over their meager paychecks to me.

  10. Surely your woman,..er… Earth Goddess considers you worthy.  Does she not provide the very weed you enjoy so?

While I applaud your determination to shave your entire body, I feel I must elucidate the fact that hair is not biodegradable.  Keep it on your body, shed your clothing and perhaps the Earth Goddess will find you more than worthy.

  11. Ummm ... weed? That would be OCM’s department.

    ATTENTION K-MART SHOPPERS!!!

We have a bluelight special on aisle 3.

All razors and Miracle-Gro are now on sale.

  12. Phoenix-
Reading #9 I could almost imagine you stomping your foot like a toddler shouting “my body. It’s MY BODY. mine mine mine MINE!.” (cue “I am Woman” anyone?)

You’re right-if you want to pierce, or main or whatever yourself-you should have a right to do it.
    It’s your body.

When you become pregnant the scale tilts however.
“My body-my choice.” shouldn’t give you the right to kill an innocent unborn just because________ fill in the blank.

The feminists say"oh it’s not human-it’s a clump of cells.”.
    Nonsense.
It’s a baby and if you “get rid of it"you’re making a choice about SOMEONE elses body.

As for fathers-if a woman decides to keep her baby the father is responisible for support until the child reaches majority.
    As it should be.

BUT if the father wants the baby abd the “mother” decides to exercise her right to

murder”choose" then the father is told to buzz off.

I’ll repeat what I said:Until a woman can get pregnant with NO male assistance-father SHOULD have the right to choose life for their unborn children!
