Yeah - just file a lawsuit - we saw recently that the Supremes can vote 9-0 even in today’s Obama-divided political climate (although I wish for a 9-0 decision against Obamacare - but that’s just me).

Apparently the Supremes think that Big Government is OK - but that there are still issues that qualify as government over-reach.
