1. As it happens Skipper I am a “Man of Kent” people from the western side of the river Medway are called Kentish Men!
   The Buffs as you probably know were an East Kent regiment. Their colours hang in Canterbury Cathedral. Sadly they were amalgamated into the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment
