  1. Not that it really means anything, but Barak Obama’s middle name is Hussein.

I’m sure that Hitlery will be making great sport of this in ‘08. Just remember,
the rules are “different” for the demonic-rats...

  2. i realize it’s a little early, but i’ve already called the 2008 election.

if you aren’t out of the blocks yet, with at least $30 million in the bank, you’re waaay behind the power curve.

i say Rudy beats McCain and then beats Hillary.

  3. I am beyond DISGUSTED that the ‘08 campaign kicked off within 48 hours of the ‘06 election. It is a truly depressing insight into the political process to know that the primary goal of all politicians is getting the nod in the next election. That any of these people have come forward, openly, so early, is nauseating. Especially if they are currently holding office: all they are going to do for the next TWO YEARS is campaign.

In this day and age of instant information, if you can’t get your message out convincingly in 90 days then you have no message to get out. I would change the rules a bit and limit the electioneering process to no more than a 6 month period.

I wouldn’t vote for any of the people on your list Skipper. Condi has shown herself to be a wimp. I had really high hopes for her but her stance on the Israel/Paleo conflict has shown me she’s just as spineless as her boss. Giuliani is far too left wing, and he has a churlish aspect that comes out under stress. McCain ... oh God, don’t get me started on him. He lost last time around for good reason. Gingrich is a genius but has too much negative baggage. If he had actually fullfilled his Contract With America from last time, things might be different. Pataki is a socialist in my opinion, and has ruled poorly over the NY Assembly, among the most horrible and ineffective state legislatures going. Jeb Bush may or may not be a superb person for the job, but stands no chance whatsoever. Nobody is going to vote for a dynastic candidate. Romney, Huckabee, and Tancredo I don’t know much about ... they could get my vote IF they spend the next 2 years actually DOING the right things, instead of just flapping their lips.

  4. yes the process sucks, but it’s the process we have.

i personally dislike Rudy very much, on account of the shit he pulled on some of my Wall Street buddies, in order to make a name for himself.

but this is politics, and i have spent a fair amount of time in small rooms with Rudy, and as a politician, the man has got STYLE.

    stay tuned.

(and Rudy Giuliani definitely did NOT approve this message)

  5. Ahh guys you all amaze me - you are getting into the ‘who can get elected’ crappola that the dnc lives and breaths on - for shame.

Yes I was also disappointed on Condi and the Mid East sesspool, kind of surprized me given her educational background. Who knows what is going on in the WH right now - since I can’t decide if GWB is caving to the traitorous dnc or letting them hang themselves with their own stupidity.

I vote for Condi one because I idolize her (man if I could have been even a quarter of that focused at 18) and secondly for the potential of exploding this election wide open and exposing the dnc for the lying intolerent racist organization with no real regard for America it is - who better to run as a Republican?

It would certainly make the 2008 election interesting. Do they combat her with their ‘expected’ candidate Hillary which will make everyone not dem vote just to insure she doesn’t drag ole bill back into the WH. [Talk about a dynasty] or do they run their ‘token’ blackstar Obama? Make all the rest of America run to vote against him. Either way the dnc loses and with all the dirty little tricks that they will throw at Condi - we can once again get the lunatic left out of most of DC and get back to securing America again.

Don’t succumb to the msm - remember “believe nothing you read and only half of what you see”.

  6. Personally? I do not give a rats orifice what the Dhimmicraps offer. Unless it’s McCailment. Then I’ll pay a bit more attention. Condi? Sure!

  7. i don’t think Condi is a viable candidate for President in 2008, but i would take her for a roll in the hay, in a heartbeat.

  8. My view is thus. NO Hillary, even if it’s McPain. Anybody else but Hillary? Maybe, let me look real close. Even then, re: Hillary. Which would be worse? A Red Chinese brainwashed puppet, or a Soviet Idealist?

  9. Any female with the questionable character of Hillary, can’t make it.
At least, I sure hope not.  Actually, I don’t believe she’ll even be
nominate beyond the debating group, for the same reason.

I think the republicans have time to come up with a hero.

  10. What about John Bolton for President?

Posted by Paul "No Fear" Weir    United States   12/05/2006  at  09:18 AM

  11. Romney and Giuliani are both unacceptable. In their earlier governmental work, they have both shown themselves to be actively anti-2A, and we don’t need another ‘R’ preseindent who is willing to put the second through the wringer.

Posted by Draven    United States   12/07/2006  at  03:06 AM

  12. actually, Bolton for Prez is probably not a bad idea, in concept. a no-bullshit kind of guy.

i would like to think that the “anti-2A” issue will have to happen with the approval or disapproval of the populace, not the President, i wouldn’t base my Prez choice on that.

and once again, i’m not saying i like Rudy, i’m just saying he’s gonna win.

Posted by greenie    United States   12/07/2006  at  03:22 AM

  13. But, greenie. Haven’t you figured out that the populace, unless a whole lot scream real loud, don’t make a bit of difference? With the people that got in there, if there’s a Pres that’s with them, we’re screwed worse than you can imagine. They can pass the law, ignoring the will of the people, as they so often have. Be it guns or taxes. And if sufficient limpdicks don’t get some viagra in them, we’re done. Or, 1776 again. But then we go right back to the previous problem.
