  1. I don’t have a problem with cheerleaders in the schools, but why not send them to the High Schools and Universities, where they could be more fully appreciated?

  2. Can you imagine what these kids are going to do the first time real life hits them between the eyes?  They are going to be totally unprepared for anything approaching reality.  Does not bode well for our future!

  3. That’s really inappropriate to have cheerleaders hanging around elementary school boys while we hear every other week about some teacher fucking said elementary school boys. Bad taste, thy name is Florida - as usual.

  4. ”...between utter carelessness and mortal terror.”

Wow. Is there any amount of stress NOT between those, inclusive?

If the educators would actually, you know, TEACH the chil’uns, these tests wouldn’t be so bad. While apparently teachers at my elementary school were not so good (according to the tests; personally, I think it was the idiot kids), I always did very well - like 99th percentile for most breakdowns of the test.

Now, I know I am smart and all, but they were bloody easy! That time of year was the time when I would bring a book or two, to read during the times that I was done, but they still had to keep everybody quiet. And that was BEFORE they dumbed-down the tests.

Stupid illegals (I was in SoCal) and other assorted idiots.

  5. Here in Hernando County we have over 100 plus kids that will not get a diploma unless they pass this test. The School Board and Adminstration way of helping these students RAH RAH sessions. We had a middle school teacher spew hate about the President during the election. The Board was notified and nothing was done. I read my daughters paper produced at her high school. It is about being aethists and liberals and anti-american.Thankfully my daughter helps in the Republican Party here and shows me all the crap that the District puts out.
