  2. yes, it falls under the “trying to have a life” category. For every post that goes up here, 3 to 5 don’t make it. Because I try to have something to say that’s at least a little useful, that means I have to read them all. That eats up a lot of time. Arcane things that catch my interest require some research; those posts can absorb hours. Each.

    Sure, folks send me links sometimes. That can help, sometimes. Still, it eats up quite a lot of time. We have a staff of 3 here, with minimal communication and coordination, and only one of us is retired. Theo’s has 30 people working for him. Mr. Puppy Blender over at Insty probably has a professional staff just to read the emails, and even then he only writes a dozen or so words for each link.
