I did not know transexuals had their own language - You learn something new everyday (and uhm, exactly how and/or why is any language different or special for a transsexual?!?).
This is amongst the same drivel going on here. I do know the reason though - (I worked as a civilian employee for the Army once, and due to the most arrogant woman ‘supervisor’ ever given a job beyond pooper scooper - she hated me so much she did not sign the SSSC card - and so I was the only named employee on the old card) - so I learned the scam, oops my bad, the system. Congress appropriates a zillion dollars for the Armed Forces which is divided amongst all the various needs and commands. Eventually after all the important stuff gets it’s yearly dole - it trickles down to the paper pushing offices who waste as much time and money as the Congresscritters themselves. Well if in year A you get 20,000 for your yearly budget - you damn well go out and spend it so that next year you can request even more - and prove that you need it, since you spent your 20,000 this year. Congress doesn’t give a squat that you bought ashtrays in a no-smoking office or a tv - just that you spent it.
It is a great gig, if you can get it.
The only way either Britain or the US is going to bring this insane dog and pony show to an end is to take away their power - money. In the US we have to repeal the 16th Amendment and install Term Limits - make them again realize that they are nothing but Public Servants and that they work for us - We The People.
