2. OK,Heres how it goes. Nice envelope with clever logo preprinted. Inside a business card or flyer reminding them of the great work and its time to consider those months gone by without a freshening up.Possibly a discount based on refferals tendered.
   I mean if you can run this website thats easy stuff drew.

3. I guess that the real question is are you going to be forced to stay with this line of work - in which case what Rich said is standard business start-up practice. And only you can make that decision.

4. Great ideas guys - I already do that. Plus I have some great business cards, full color. I’ve taken to giving the folks a call a few weeks ahead of their one year anniversary, then sending out a little Thank You card with that reminder.

   I mean ... I’m working in their house and I hear these people bragging to their friends about what fantastic work I’m doing. So come on. My only thought is that I’m doing TOO GOOD a job, and that their glass is staying acceptably clean for longer than I realize.
