  1. Slightly off- or side-topic, but still on Hillary. A friend sent this to me today. Given the Drudge item (today) about all the security features on Hillary’s server being turned off:

    U S CODE, TITLE 18, SECTION 2071

Word for word from the Cornell Law Library

Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office.

Such as, say, President of the United States. Very specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:

“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

    (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

  2. Sadly no one outside of the internet news services will ever see any of this Dirt on the Bitch From Chappaqua.
MSM is bought and paid for by the DNC and the Clinton foundation.
All the networks, the RNC and Fox included are actively campaigning against Trump, And his campaign is seriously short of funds to fight back.
I hate to say this but unless she suffers a serious stroke, heart attack, or other medical malady She Will Be the Next POTUS.
Or maybe the British guy Who tried to Kill Donald will have a change of heart and go for her instead.
    I can always dream can’t I.

  3. Thanks for publishing that code ooGcM. I agree that way too many don’t care at all.

As a woman and assault victim - I will NEVER vote for a female who supported her husband after a rape accusation and laughed at a 40 year old man getting acquitted on raping a 12 year old child. At. All. Ever.

I wish one of the journOlists would ask Clinton - if the 6 BILLION missing from the State Department would have been enough to send Military assistance to Benghazi.

Or pay for the ‘immoral and illegal’ Iraq war or the Afghan War.

Or to fix the US Healthcare system.

Or to build a Border Fence and Deport the 11 to 20 million criminal illegal invaders.

Or to incarcerate all the gang bangers, criminal gun users and to provide real mental health care to the small percentage of those people who use guns to kill others.

Or to provide the CONTRACTED Medical Care to EVERY US Veteran (and not in crappy, bureaucratic hell holes called the VA).

Or, Or, Or - I could write a book on all the crap that isn’t fixed in DC just made worse. Most especially when a Clinton is involved.

  4. Im just going to toss this here in case anyones intrested. :
“The bearing of arms is a sign of citizenship, which is to say, of being a full participant in government who acts through it, as opposed to subjectship, the state of being a passive being who does not act through government but who is acted upon. In that sense, it is like the ability to vote or to be eligible for service in government. Frederick Douglass understood this linkage perfectly, inasmuch as these ideas were much better understood in those more literate days. “A man’s rights rest in three boxes,” he said. “The ballot box, jury box, and the cartridge box. Let no man be kept from the ballot box because of his color. Let no woman be kept from the ballot box because of her sex.” The militias contemplated by the Second Amendment were armed citizen volunteers who could act to use the force of arms to keep the peace in an emergency; they are entitled to act in the peacekeeping role generally reserved for the state because, being the citizens of a republic, they are the state, the very seat of its sovereignty.”
