1. I always buy thighs over wings because, as you say, the meats the thing. I just marinate mine in a special curry powder blend I created, for an hour or so, and into a small puddle of oil ( usually Peanut). Skinned or not they taste great and if I skin them I cook down the skins for the fat for gravies and shit. Yum.

2. Oh , there is one thing about this Yemen thing. The UN vote for an embargo on all things Houthi was UNANIMOUS. That means the Saudies money and Oil power convinced not only Russia, but also China to vote Yes for the Embargo.Now That’s News. Putin and the Commies cowing to a bunch of desert nomads,BWAHAHAHAHA!!
