2. I agree with the above two. In addition, a teacher is in a position of trust even more so than an employer. We have no hesitation going after a boss that abuses his/her authority over an employee who is free to quit. We should have a much higher standard for teachers who are in a position of authority over students who are required by law to be in the classroom. Finally, there are clear standards of sexual morality listed in the bible applicable to men and women, and we should respect a boy’s or young man’s intent to do what he believes is right, especially in the face of overwhelming societal pressure. And yes, Jesus will forgive him.

3. This is really way simpler than I think it is being made out to be. If the female teacher in question is smokin’ hot (as judged by a jury of her peers) then there is no crime. If the session was videotaped and put on youtube, she gets a raise.

4. As a 14 year old male in 1975 I was looking to bang anything willing. If I had had the chance to hook up with a smokin’ hot 26 year old female I would have done it in a heartbeat. I would have also been labeled a legend by my friends.  That being said, it is a different world in 2006. The sexual revolution has been over for some time.

   I agree with Skip regarding the gender reversals. If a 14 year old girl and 26 year old dude hook up it’s a very different situation. Criminal. Very few young ladies are going to be ready for that. They deserve our protection.

6. Shit!  Where do they get the time!?!

   I’m too damn busy doing lesson plans, writing exams, searching for material to make my lessons interesting and up-to-date, and providing data for bullshit reports to my administrators that theree isn’t time for hustling students.

   These so-called adults aren’t doing their jobs in the first place and should have their sorry child-molesting asses fired.
