Dis-Unions

 

1. My local union ‘rag’ actually had an editorial by the local vice-president. Seems he was ‘troubled’ by the fact that up to 30% of the local was voting ‘Bush’.  He actually stated his yearnings for the ‘old days’ when union thugs could just show up and beat you into submission.

   Personally, and I’m a Fed worker, I think that public employee unions should be abolished… at the Fed and State level. Such unions are a built-in conflict of interest.
