  1. Kinda parallels the Sandy Bergler case.  Why are these perps protected?  If you or I were caught walking out of the National Archives with a census microfilm, never mind code word secret documents, or if you or I were nabbed slashing tires, we’d be arrested on the spot, charged within days, and probably jailed within a month or two.  Something stinks, and it’s not dead fish.
