Deporting sex offender ‘breaches human rights’

 

So, the damn bottom line is business as usual, meaning that the law and penalties have NO TEETH!  This miserable SOB has rights. Of course, so do Brit women. Apparently they have the right to be attacked in the future by this bastard.  Not a very good trade.
And look at his record here.  Wait, did I suggest that maybe innocent women had rights too?  Silly me. What was I thinking?

This really bothers me.  It defies any sort of logic, never mind justice.  I better quit this rant here. I haven’t much hair left to tear out.

1. Please tell me this is a joke!  Are you sure it didn’t come from “The Onion”?

   As dumb as the U.S. laws and court decisions about immigration have been, this makes our lunatic stuff look good.

4. So I guess I’m reading that this Judge puts an immigrant’s ‘human’ rights above the society’s ‘human’ rights?

   Once again - the criminal is more important than the crime, more important than the victim and more important than society.

   What a shame. And a real danger to everyone.
