in a Washington Post-ABC News poll published during the day, only 20 percent of those questioned said they favored declaring illegal immigrants to be felons and barring them from work.
Maybe the WaPo/ABC Newnazis should have asked more people other than their illegal immigrant nannies, drivers, gardeners, etc. But then they might not have gotten the answer that they were looking for.
What’s with the entitlement thing these folks have going on? Do they feel they have more of a right to be here than everyone else? Threats and name calling does not endear them to the citizens of the country that pay taxes to fund the schooling and social benefits they receive. Why should they get around citizenship processes that others have to go thru? The only thing we as LEGAL citizens are entitled to is that we get to pay taxes. Maybe someone should remind the folks that are protecting our interests in Washington, that these folks can’t vote. WE CAN! As far as the self-loathing in the MSM, I just can’t take it anymore.
>This debate shouldn’t be about making criminals out of hardworking families ... but rather about strengthening our national security and enacting a law that reflects our best values and our humanity,” Kennedy said. <
Ok what does this bloviating moron know about
hardworking families . . .
strengthening our national security . . .
our best values [or for him, any values] . . .
our humanity . . .
What garbage but this does pose a real brain teaser - come 2006 & 2008 elections - if the dems are morons with no values whatsoever and the repubs have become spineless, gutless weasels - who does a thinking, competent, patriotic, law-abiding American citizen (not a dead, felon, illegal) VOTE for?
By the way, Skipper - todays
Day by Day
is very apropos
wardmama hits the bullseye! Vote them all out. Let all the primary candidates know that they had better come up with a plan that protects AMERICAN interests, and they had better act on it PDQ.
I am so fed up with the politics of the political machines that I can’t watch the news anymore. Within 10 minutes my blood pressure is spiking. The internet is no better, though the viewpoints are more similar to mine. But reading about the never ending absurdities, and reading other folk’s complaints doesn’t make me feel any better than hearing the leftist trash from the MSM. WE MUST FIND AND ENACT A SOLUTION NOW.
Even if the penalty was a felony, would it be enforced? We have bunches of laws on the books now that could deal with this invasion except that they aren’t enforced!!!
When was the last time an employer was penalized for hiring illegals? Why the Hell can’t we just vigorously enforce what laws are in effect now?
The left wing spin that Kennedy and his media lapdogs have put on illegal immigration makes me ready to puke.
Imagine Teddy. He cannot tolerate the sight of wind generators being barely in view.
What would be his position if people of color were to move in next door? Or even a
mile down the road? He’s not really qualified to give an opinion on this matter.
I just paid my yardmen today. A few of them looked a little suspicious. Lots of Mexicans here in Dallas… None of them looked like terrorists… Maybe Teddy has better yardmen than me? What to do???
Red Ted Kennedy WON BIG TIME TODAY!!
Breaking News: Today Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA) signed MA Socialized Medicine. Everybody in the press thinks it’s great that citizens for the first time have been mandated to purchase a product just because they breath air, very sad. Let’s just let America turn into a government controlled Socialistic State. Of course no one should say a word.

Should Mass. health insurance law become a national model?
By Michael Beder
04/12/2006 5:45 pm
A Massachusetts law designed to make sure everyone in the state is covered by health insurance got Gov. Mitt Romney’s signature Wednesday.
(He did veto several portions of the bill, including one that would impose a $295-per-worker fee on businesses that don’t offer health insurance; Democrats in the legislature will most likely override Romney’s changes.)
The plan borrows from the auto insurance model: Everyone is required to have insurance, but the government will subsidize policies for people who can’t afford to buy it themselves.
If it works, the law could become a model for other states, or perhaps even on a national level. From a political standpoint, it’s being seen as a big win for Romney, who is considering a run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008.

That is all…
Hmmm...this Friday at 6:00 PM, there’s supposed to be a demonstration at Sen. McCain’s office, where organizers are asking particpants to bring along a job application and...get this!...a head of lettuce!
Sen. McCain’s office isn’t too far from where I live. Neither is Sen. Kyl’s office for that matter, but they aren’t going to protest there. Only at the RINO‘s digs. Don’t be surprised if you see pix!
Arizona is trying to Socialize medicine too. It’s in today’s newspapers.
Have you noticed Macker? Those Liberals are sneaky people, oinkers really.
There is only one thing you can do with a pig, Kill it / Grill it.
