Yes, and I bet the IRS and credit card companies got special ‘congressional legislation’ that allows them to attach, harrass and virturally claim estates. You know instead of poking at the Courts/Judges that really should be held accountable for their insane ‘renderings’ this is presented only as another example of the white, conservative (republican & corporate) male screwing the little guy. Just another brick for the lunatic left to bash the President (and thereby his party) with.
You know where is the SEC, IRS, BBB and all those other watchdogs/police who should have caught this crap B4 it fell. Once again, another situation where the groups, people and gov. failed the citizens (both investors and employees) but are not held accountable. It is just much to easy to imply that all rich, white guys are corporate crooks.
Now as for embryonic stem cell crooks, why they might someday, possibly in the future maybe cure stupidity and that is soooooooo worth investing gazillions into a known and proven failure - especially when it is federal tax dollars - sort of like the rebuilding of NO.
Lay’s lawyer is just doing his job, but the Fifth’s ruling is utter bullshit. Grab Lay’s slimey assets and take the Fifth Circuit’s ruling to the Supreme Court. And of course wardmama is correct; the MSM is wallowing in the slime and rejoicing every minute at the chance to flay rich guys getting over rather than flay the Court’s idiotic ruling.
