1. WOW! That’s refreshing. The White House is finally taking a stand against MSM bullshit. There’s hope for you folks yet! Canadian media, take note.

   As for flushing the Koran, that thought occured to me as well as soon as I heard about it. Rip, toss, flush...Rip, toss, flush… oops, call the plumber. (What the hell do I do with the covers and binding?) Maybe it was the paperback version.

4. Don’t be shocked. Unless you’ve been in a different non-blog galaxy this should be the expectation from the Washington Post/Newsweek/Slate crew. They’ll apparently do ANYTHING to get eyeballs, and slamming the righteous West is the quickest way to have their running-dog compatriots pick up on their “scoops” (pun intended)!

6. I performed my own such experiment, attempting to flush an intact Koran down the toilet.  It didn’t work.

   We had a Muslim dissenter over at our place, repleat with veiled threats and all.  He got the shit smacked out of him.
