council worries about causing distress to thug who beats up 10 yr old girl, leaves her for dead

 

1. You know, Back in OUR day if a guy ,at any age, did such a thing to any girl or young lady the neighborhood guys would see to it the fucker got his comeupance and a few broken body parts. Today, they just giggle and send twitter feeds to the group and laugh at the victim. I feel sad for that.
