  1. The miracle is that it took so long for someone to dress the tattered Nigerian scam in the robes of Ali Baba’s forty thieves.

  2. I’ve got a collection of ‘em. My favorite is the Nigerian astronaut marooned on a space station due to lack of funds.

  3. I can put him in touch with my friend Randall. He can get into and out of Syria with ease, hell he’s been doing it for the last six months on a daily basis. E-mail him at shoot&scoot@5SFG(A).us.army.mil.

  4. The lawyer’s name is “Dewey Cheatham?” As in the old 3 Stooges attorneys, “Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe?”....or how about Archie Bunker’s favorite law firm, “Rabinowitz, Rabinowitz, and Rabinowitz,” the three wise men?… LOL

  5. About time someone caught on that I swiped this from another letter and just made minor changes!

  6. ”...Gable’s charm, Frog in your arm, loud mufflers, pitchin’ woo,

    Going steady, Veronica and Betty, white bucks, and “Blue Suede Shoes”

    Knock Knock jokes, and “Who’s there?”, Dewey, Dewey who?;

    Do we, do we remember these?  Yes, we do,
    Ahh, do we do we remember these?...”

    I thought you’d catch a few. Good work, Vilmar.

  7. If you have not seen this site before, go check out:

    http://www.419eater.com/

    It is worth it.

    These guys run a site that “baits” the people who send these emails out. One in particular that is F-ing hillarious is:

    http://www.419eater.com/html/joe_eboh.htm

    It follows the antics of a guy (must be in college) who screwed with, and took money from one of htese scam artists (and I am kind by using the term “artist")

    If you do decide to bait these people, be VERY careful. Read all the warnings, etc.
