3. PS - can anyone tell me why it would be wrong to wipe out the entire population of Libya? Come on, we can always send in Royal Dutch Shell to run the oil wells. What good are the locals?

   This strategy worked pretty well during the Iran-Iraq War, why not do it again? Think of it as a large scale really, really late term abortion for a whole country full of undesirables.
