   Yes, there are several loopholes he can jump through to keep his miserable job (and pay). I only hope CU shuts them all down. This jerk needs to be frog-marched off campus in leg irons!

3. Well here’s my opinion on the eventual outcome - if applications to UofC are down and/or donations are down - won’t matter for Churchill. It also depends on if the faculty senate Committee (notice how liberals have to make these outragious names up for their Groups)has someone on it who does not like liars, might have been passed over for a chair or so on that just might make ole Ward boy pay for his antics. It also might not matter if some on the Committee really respect the UofC and are righteously embarrassed by all the negative publicity. Hopefully, this happens and as Mrs. Ward Churchill has already ‘left the building’ me thinks he will follow suit.

   There are still some people and some institutions that do not like negative press - Thank God for small miracles.
