1. Ok, Peiper beat me to it. Go and read the story, and look at the pictures. Then figure out what the news media isn’t telling you.

   Here’s a hint: count the pirates in the story. Then count the pirates running away in their 2 boats in the last picture.

2. Good for them.

   But, given China’s traditional history of naval hegemony and activities in Africa- probably bad for the West.

3. As they found out hundreds of years ago, there are only 2 solutions for pirates:

   a) A yardarm

   b) A long rope tied in a noose.

   Applied vigorously with enough publicity and your pirate problem soon becomes a PAST problem....
