   Bull shit. Excuses are like assholes. Everybody has one.

   Now the MAJOR driving factor, in Ireland especially, is that government under the guise of being benevolent hands out “non-custodial” sentences for ONE reason and ONE reason only: It cost money to put someone in jail. Money that could be better spent on political junkets and publicity garnering photo ops.
