  1. Thats refreshing, the real discrimination in England has always been outside the real english.

But gosh, I thought the caste system was outlawed generations ago! How could it possibly still exist, even in another country?

The caste system is alive and well in the USA as well. One thing that feeds it is the idea of multi-culti diversity, otherwise known as “we are not going to assimilate”.

What the article avoids mentioning ... is that no English firm would ever have had the slightest idea that her caste was immiscible with his. Ergo, they both worked for a law firm run by other Indians. A perfect example of “enclaving”, an assimilation avoiding practice encouraged by multi-culturalism, but this time it bit them both in the ass. Gee, too bad.

The UK can pass it’s own mighty law and add caste discrimination to it’s list of discrimination practices outlawed. It won’t make a jot of difference as long as the rest of their culture encourages ethnic groups to enclave. You get little worlds living privately inside the bigger one, and none of you white people on the outside has the slightest clue what goes on inside. From arranged marriages to honor killings, it’s all below your radar. And violence will be done to those who bring it to our attention by violating the code of silence ... just like what it says in the article, with their broken windshields.

I have no truck with the caste system whatsoever. From what I was able to pick up from working with lots of Indians in the IT world, regardless of wealth or position foreigners are automatically assigned to lower castes. That means you and me. A nice thanks for letting them in the country, eh what? No. Take that crap back to India. Homey don’t play that game here.

  3. Typical liberals - everything old is new again.

Such a shame that England - which chased my born in London grandfather away because he ‘wasn’t’ British (his father was from Sweden) - now is going to commit suicide by allowing immigrants to practice ancient and illegal drivel like this.  While blithely beating down the real British who dare to even speak a less than glowing word against the muslims, gypsies, travelers, and now Indians - and their barbaric, heinousness and completely criminal ways unfettered by common (rational & civil) law.

Such a shame and coming to America soonest.

  4. Am I to understand that this actually occurred in Britain? Not in India?

Shame on you, Prince Charles. Should you become King I hope you go the way of Charles I.

  5. Shame on you, Prince Charles.

Just curious Christopher.  Where did the prince come into this story? I re-read it and couldn’t find him. Of course, he could be hiding between the lines.

  6. I believe it was the first paragraph?

Incredibly, the Prince of Wales put the criminal actions of looters and rioters down to an excess of of youthful ‘energy and natural aggression’. His verdict is bound to cause anger by those hit by marauding swarms of looters last week and people living in areas at the centre of violent gang wars. Charles was visiting a leisure centre in Tottenham, north London, offering shelter and advice to riot victims.

The Prince of Wales, that would be Charles?

  7. Jeeze, Right. I even referred to him as a chinless wimp. He’s pretty big on planet saving too. But he stuck his foot in it (again) with that dumb comment.
