4. Put him in an orange jumpsuit in manacles.  If he won’t shut up, put him in another room with a TV where he can watch and rant alone.  I do wish the judge would deal with this and take back the courtroom.  The whole idea of a public trial rather than a drumhead court and summary execution is to show the world for the record what a monster he is.  Given the forensic evidence, paper trail and films of his activities, about four months should suffice.
