1. Long rap sheets too.  Bottom line always is, do not allow so damn many chances to do these things by locking up and losing the key. Toss some red meat into their cells once a day as you would for any wild animal. Society in the west just seems unable to come to grip with the idea that, harsh penalties and longer jail time might, just might, add some protection for the law abiding. But no.
   Look at that sorry assed post I did re. Italy, where a serial killer was allowed out on day release due to good behavior. Another example of a long rap sheet but hey.  Uman rights trumps all. Except the safety of the citizens of course. That might violate rights.

2. Excuse me - isn’t using a gun in the commission of a felony - another felony? So what was this Henry doing out to kill an innocent? Come to think about it - why were any of these subhuman scum out to kill?

   Sad - and FNC did report it - saw it tickering by while watching their take on the Duck-up.

3. Yeah, and how did any of these low lifes get a gun in the first place? All of them are previous felons ... and NJ has tons of laws against them having guns.

   Guess the laws don’t mean a thing to the CRIMINALS.
