can forgery ever be considered merely, simulation? a new legal twist?

  1. a simulation is one thing, acceptable for instructive purposes. But when used deceitfully as it was here, to be taken as a legally valid original, that’s forgery. Case closed. He should have been allowed to pay her with simulated currency. From a few Monopoly game sets.

  2. back in the day I could sign my ex’s name as good as he did - much as I was angry when I left - I never considered even signing his name to our joint money market account (despite the fact I even offered for him to make the check out for however little he wanted) and had to wait the 6+ months until the divorce was final to get - MY MONEY - back.

    She should be horsewhipped and the man asked if he wants full custody of the children (parental rights of hers forever dissolved) or put them up for adoption - not forced to pay for her fraud and personal decision.

    I hate liberals - social ‘justice’ my a** - it’s just bs to let criminals and defectives to get away with murder and make US PAY FOR IT.
