1. Ive been there with a car belonging to a finance company not the seller, it was crashed so I repaired it and sold it, 5 months later it was reposessed, the buyer was not happy, I went to the finance office shower the bills for parts and demanded them back, whole, the front fenders and rear quater were wekded on so would have to be cut off and making the car scrap, the finance company backed down and released the car . This guy is entitled to all hin new parts back and yes compensation for time and trouble .
