2. More and more of this nonsense is going to make it necessary to start just plain killing these burglars.  Just like the old days before the stand your ground laws, people had to drag bodies around, and have a throwdown gun or knife available.  The good part about doing this is the bad guy can’t lie or talk bad about the homeowner...hell, he can’t say a damn thing at all.

   Before stand your ground laws, this was done quite a bit, and with the latest Zimmerman fiasco, may become necessary again soon.  Our world is becoming quite sad and rational behavior, reason and common sense seem to be found nowhere.  So, if the rules are stacked against the good guys, they need to bend the rules.  Seems to me much better to kill the SOB then have him lie to the cops how he is the victim and the home or business owner is the aggressor.
