1. Unlikely story.
   Old boy probably slept with her in the “normal” way, she got pregnant, and now he doesn’t want to take responisibilty for the innocent child that came out of all this.
   I hope the courts throw the case out in the end because it has nooo legs!

2. I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for the courts to do the right thing. I remember on one of those “magazine” news shows they had a Michigan who was convinced that his “son” was not his and had DNA tests run. Turned out he was correct but the court still made him pay child support even thought the mother would not give the name of the real father and quit her own job. They interviewed some Michigan social worker asking her about the unfairness of this, and she basically said it wasn’t unfair, that somebody had to pay for the kid.

Twerp- the facts of the story are not in question.  Both sides (both doctors in fact) agree to them.  They had a continuing affair that consisted only of her fellating him, she was married to someone else at the time.  After one encounter she did in fact use the sperm acquired to impregnate herself. 

   Illinois courts are very strict about child support whether you intended to conceive a child or not.  If it’s your’s, you’re paying.
   In many states if you give birth to a child while married, state law specifies that unless otherwise proven, the husband is financially responsible for the child.  If the mother won’t name the real father, guess what, you’re paying.

   It’s good he can sue her for distress, she sucker punched him.

5. Shouldn’t this “clinic” be liable in some way as well?

   I heard this story on the radio yesterday and my head almost exploded. What a total bitch. What lawyer in his right mind would represent this fraud in a paternity suit in the first place? Shyster scum.

   Come on now, you’re talking about the same people that defend the likes of Saddam Hussein and child rapists/murderers. Ambulance chasers, who dont give a damn about right and wrong, they care about making a buck and getting their name in headlines (so that they can make more money). One of the most, if not THE most, vile forms of life on this planet.

   Do your eally need to ask that question?
