  2. P.S.  The microstamping law, the proposals about serial numbering ammunition, ballistic fingerprinting, smart guns, purchase limitations, registration, licensing and all the other b.s. have nothing to do with stopping criminals or protecting the public.  Just as the anti nuclear power people finally turned to endless lawsuits to stop the advance of nuclear power plants, so are the anti gun people adding layers of expensive b.s. to prevent the lawful ownership of firearms.  They don’t have to enact bans if they can tie us all up in endless and expensive bureaucratic red tape.  Drew, how many man hours and dollars did you finally expend to get your Ruger?  What was the value of the man hours you spent just getting your New Jersey paperwork taken of, plus the follow ups, before you received your permit?

  3. All Internet Merchants Out of Stock on almost all Primers except Musket caps and Shotshell Primers.

.357” 125 Gr. GoldDots and Golden Sabers on Backorder, They just keep sliding the Date.

Cannot Purchase any 7.62 x 39 Brass except Lapua.

Would rather choose where to spend my Money Now, rather
than wait until the Government Takes it or Inflates it until It’s worthless.

Real Goods in the Stash Don’t lose Value.

    Food, Water, Guns and Ammo.

Generators, Fuel, Solar Panels and Batteries.

  5. It’s not about guns, it’s about control.

  6. I had to buy my last lot of powder in an 8lb container. No one up here had it in 1lb bottles. Still it’s nice to have alittle in reserve just in case smile Dr, Jeff makes a good point re the bureaucracy. If they can bind you with enough red tape they don’t need to ban anything just make it near as dammit impossible to comply with their rules and regs.

  7. Hey all - while attempting to figure out how and where we will replenish our ammo supply - I do believe that Montana has stumbled onto the primo way to fight this bs -

    Montana Governor Signs

    Revolutionary New Gun Law

    HOUSE BILL NO. 246

INTRODUCED BY J. BONIEK, BENNETT, BUTCHER, CURTISS, RANDALL, WARBURTON

In a nutshell - MT said that what is made in MT, sold in MT and never leaves MT is MT business and not under Federal Laws.

They fully expect to be taken to court - and it will be interesting - as MT can use the 10th Amendment to protect themselves. Also (as is TX) talking about succession.

I do believe that this (i.e. State Sovereignty & States Rights) is the exact way to fight The One’s (tm) Administration and horrible ‘legislation’.

And I also believe that The One (tm), the Klownposse in DC, the DNC and the GOP will be totally shocked if more and more states wake up to this is the way to fight them and win.

  9. It may be reHashing an Old Thread.

Wasn’t there a Federal Court that ruled,

“If you grow wheat and use it all yourself, Because you withhold it from Interstate Commerce, that has an effect on Interstate Commerce”, therefore they have the authority to Regulate it under The Commerce Clause.

Does this apply to firearms and Ammo as well?

I know that’s what the BATFE and Holder will argue.
