Err thats a lie, CFLs use more than any filament unit for the first few seconds and give out little light so only work in places where they can be left on, dont even mention dimmers or sealed housings, what a crock of shit. When the light bulb gestapo get their way use transformers and 12 volt halogen.

   Hi Chris,

   Got me stumped there. Looks tech .. I hate to look too dumb but that’s seems beyond me.
   Can you explain that?
   And would it work here?

   As mentioned, we did stock up on a lot and I have already heard that there are places online to buy. Just a matter of finding them.
