I’m sure the kid is just going to love riding that bike too. I’m sure there won’t be any association between the crime and the object at all. Oh no, not at all.
Thankfully, from what I can glean from the article, she wasn’t severly molested by the creep. Lucky kid. Or maybe his admission was a plea bargain. Hard to tell. But the old greaser shouldn’t be able to avoid jail time this way, and the 9 month sentence is a gross joke. Especially given that this is at least his 3rd offense.
I hate to say it, but Sharia Law will solve this problem right quick!

This pretty much is what I have come to expect after ten years of socialists and ex communists in power. Only recently there was yet another “crisis” at the Home Office (law and order Dept.) as the jails are now full and although they have had the money and permission they have not built any new jails. Too busy wasting it on more mangers for the Health Service and Lesbian Gay outreach counsellors etc.
When Blair came to power his rallying cry was “Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime” what a crock. These morons equate saying something with actually doing it.
Skipper the magistrate is slightly different from a judge as they are not actually ex shysters that have smarmed their way to the top. Magistrates courts are made up of three “lay people” supposedly “pillars of the community” I know a few and they are more robust in their approach, but are hamstrung by directives from central government which dictate what they can and cannot do. Added to this the pervert most likely had another deviant from Social Services pleading for him to be given a soft sentence on account of his deprived background blah, blah ad nauseum.
Tonight on tv they have a program about how ordinary people have become scared to “have a go” and defend themselves or others because the criminals now use the law against them and the criminals now argue they are the victims. It is hard to believe but Britain has really gone to ratshit...my emigration process is progressing well you will be pleased to note!

You guys are missing it this is a liberal twofer - 1)one by ignoring the victim (and making the criminal the victim) they solve no problems, in fact actually perpetuate them and release on sociey two angry ‘victims’ who then go out and victimize others, thereby increasing the problem which keeps the liberals in power (and money) and 2) makes the average person so cowed, so scared and so unable to defend themselves from either the ‘justice’ system or all the criminals out running around - that Sharia Law won’t be that hard to impose when the takeover occurs.
What crap - a recidivist ordered to buy a gift for the victim. How about a gift that actually might make a difference like a lifetime of counseling to perhaps decrease the chance of another angry criminal in the future?
