  1. No wonder the police didn’t charge Zimmerman, bravo to ABC for releasing this photo - maybe like the Sandra Fluke faux ‘war on women’ bs and the Obama machine faux ‘war on mean GOP candidates to dogs’ bs - this little race-baiting (never forget, this was nothing but a local FLA story until Al ‘Tawana Brawley’ Sharpton started this entire race-baiting event on March 22nd - sandwiching his show between two events of activism for Trayvon Martin but the story didn’t take off, in the news, until the next week after the oral arguments on Obamacare didn’t appear to go as well as expected.

Now, now that the race-baiting rioters force a DA to put forth the most weak charges possible - we are finally allowed to see by a random act of journalism that the defendant was telling the truth. Bet (in a sane world) that this never sees the light of a court room.

I weep for what America has become - Guilty by media trial - and good luck proving yourself innocent; un-Constitutional and dangerous, freedom destroying laws being spawned by the President, the Congress (No Federal Budget from the Senate since April 2009), and a bunch of un-elected czars attempting to destroy American business.

    God Help America.

  2. What the hell is he doing saying stuff like that? Doesn’t he listen to his lawyer, who if he is halfway competent would tell GZ to keep his mouth shut?

All I can say is thank God I don’t live in Florida, or any other place with a large black population, because the stuff is going to hit the fan at some point in this circus.

At least here in Texas we have a pretty strong version of the Castle Doctrine, and plenty of ammo.

    Just sayin’…

  4. CenTexTim - this isn’t a FL problem - this was nothing but a local story until Al Sharpton stepped in and made it a national public embarrassment.

Drew - I’d take credit for that phrase but I got it from the titular head of the Republican party - Rush Limbaugh.

  5. Actually, the person who took the picture may have held it back not thinking it was important, thus the DA may not have had it. Don’t have the full story, I won’t jump to conclusions. I may be wrong and they may have had the pics, but, I don’t think a DA with that kind of experience would have really made a mistake like that.

    Just a thought.

  6. The whole indictment of Zimmerman stinks of “African-American/Black Panther pacification”.

The State prosecutor just kicked the can down the road because when this goes to trial it depends on the jury make-up.

    1) All Black = GUILTY

    2) All white (unlikely) = Not guilty.

    3) Mixed = probably not guilty.

Now, once the verdict is announced and it’s NOT-GUILTY the drums will start…

    HOWEVER,

The State prosecutor isn’t entirely stupid. She can’t recharge Zimmerman with 2nd Degree murder. That’s double-jeopardy.

    BUT,

She has “manslaughter, atrocious assault or a litany of lesser charges on the menu.

I’m betting on Manslaughter and a conviction on that charge will bring a 7-10 year sentence and quell the drum-beat.

They’ll have to keep Zimmerman in isolation in the State pen, cause as we all know the population in there is about 70% African-American and they ain’t Boy Scouts either.

  7. This isn’t going to go to trial (I seriously don’t think) given that the police did not charge, this picture (and I don’t think it was held back at all) now coming out. Come on, as I said - everyone was talking about poor, poor, child simply carrying the skittles he just bought - Trayvon gunned down by the evil, race profiling, white-Hispanic - NOT that the Supreme Court hearing on Obamacare did not turn out to be a warm fuzzy endorsement and slam dunk for The Won. . . Like all things liberal - once everyone realizes that this is Tawana Brawley or the Duke Lacrosse case all over again, it will quietly be forgotten - which was exactly where it was until Al Sharpton stepped in. Going to jury is not what anyone in this case wants, they just want it to be where it was before Al Sharpton (and what it really is) - a local tragedy). Now that this picture is out, much like in the Duke Lacrosse case - when it was found out that our poor, poor raped exotic dancer had previously ‘claimed’ the very same thing - the case begins unraveling like a cheap scarf. And it gives the judge an out - Zimmerman and the police were telling the truth. Notice how all the ‘witnesses’ came out (to the news, not the police) almost a month later, after Al got involved.

The real American tragedy is that Zimmerman will never get his life back, a thug whose eventual end was met sooner than later will be hailed a poor child carrying his skittles home who was gunned down forever by some, the truth was not present until the internet stepped in to stop the false narrative, journalism is again shown to be horribly biased and a bunch of manipulative liars in the tank for one ‘special interest’ group above all else, and most especially Al Sharpton will merrily continue along until the next ‘case’ he can manipulate and lie about to stoke the fires of racial hatred.

And they call Republicans intolerant and homophobes - what a bunch of very, very dangerous people - capitalizing on fear and bigotry based solely on lies - to advance a political agenda.

    God Help Zimmerman and America.

  8. This whole thing is caused by the Race Terrorists looking for another outrage to play with. I am betting that photo was taken by the cops or EMTs at the scene. Because he was cleaned up with the bleeding under control when he got out of the police car at the police station. I have seen them photograph wounds before right on scene. They are then put in the police report for the prosecutors office.

And I am guessing that picture is exactly why the local DA didn’t press charges. It took political pressure from WAY above to get the Governor to assign the State Attorneys office Special Prosecutor to the case. Probably with orders to convict to keep the restless natives at bay.

If I was Zimmerman, there is no way in hell I would cop to a lesser plea, I see book deals, lawsuits, TV appearances, etc. in my future. Let’s play!
