BRING BACK THE CANE FOR DISCIPLINE IN SCHOOLS SAY A FIFTH OF TEACHERS.

 

1. It used to work at our school. The headmaster was about 120 but everyone was petrified of getting the cane. It wasn’t the pain so much as the stigma attached to it. Though myslelf i think we really should bring back the stocks! You can’t beat a bit of ritual humilation.
