breaking story - “lost” climate data hacked, Global Warming is a Scam?

And here I was, all bummed out because the only big story of the day was that Kellog’s announced a nationwide shortage of Eggo waffles. That, and because Vilmar got to the X-flex story before I did - glue on wallpaper that makes your house bomb proof. For reals!

  1. That’ll do just fine Drew. Damn good <del>apple pie</del> post! two_thumbs_up

  2. This could get intersting. I better get in the popcorn! If they have hidden the data then there should be prosecutions.

  3. This doesn’t surprise me in the least. When the data doesn’t jive, make up your own data, and hide the real info.

And BTW, the nationwide shortage of eggo waffles is a matter of great importance, at least to me! ;)

  4. Make up your own data?  Imagine that, scientists acting like MSNBC.  What is our world coming to? tsk tsk tsk.

  5. And on the eve of The Goracle releasing a new book - Our Choice - A Plan to Solve The Climate Crisis. I see that his an Assault On Reason just did so well. This one is sure to be a barn burner.

To cue up on how vapid this waste of space is - Why was he not running around doing this bs like a new religious convert with his pants on fire and pushing this when he was the US VICE PRESIDENT? He wrote a book - Earth in Balance (1992 - although Amazon is showing it as 2006 (new edition, hmm, wonder why that is).

I will tell you why - He knew this was a deal breaker politically & he wanted to make it ‘his’ legacy when he became POTUS. So this shows - 1) he is a man of political expediency only, not a man driven by a deeply held belief, 2) it confirms that a lot (most, all - pick one modifier) Dems are simply about ‘their lagacy’ and not about doing the right thing when they ‘have the chance’ - thus it boils down to simply - their careers/jobs chosen are all about THEM, 3) he doesn’t really buy into the bs he is pushing as a) he did not change anything on his home(s) until after a big stink was made during his Inconvenient Truth days, b) he lost and thus chose this, not as his legacy, but rather a way to bring in the bucks and keep his fat face in public and c) he probably owns/majority interest in the ‘carbon credit’ scam - so that he insures he has an additional income (without really working) for the rest of his days.

Al ‘the Goracle’ Gore should be (just like lying Obama) the real and true face of the DNC and Global Warming - a lie, a liar and a scam that has not done a viable thing to solve the problem, will never do a viable thing to solve the problem and is just another way to make themselves rich, scam money and use the tax system to ‘re-distribute’ wealth from all the evil rich (not them) peoples of the World (and make one big slush fund from which they mostly take).

Now - speaking of scams - have you read the Senate (Tax ‘em) Healthcare bill - and Stupid Harry (although in hindsight - Dirty would work just as well) is going to do the ‘procedure’ vote on a Saturday - neat little trick - no press, no CSPAN and most importantly too late for the Sunday dog and pony shows - Transparency MY A**.

  6. Dunno if you mean me, Nicole, but I had nothing to do with it. I just read cbullitt’s stuff and throw in an occasional snark. I made popcorn, though. smile

  7. ...yeah, but its world-class snark, Nicole, and we all savor it and look forward to it! smile

Drew - I have the zip file (all ~62meg) but have no idea how to get it to you. Suggestions? I’d love to propagate it as far and wide as possible - just because.

BTW, I have scanned it to the best of my ability (as have others over at WUWT) and it’s clean. All 22,600+ items (according to Norton 360)! Woot! But scan it yourself to be personally sure…

  10. Hot Air has the emails have been proven to be true.  This could be so big that the MSM will not be able to put the Genie back into the bottle. nah-nah

  12. I downloaded it, scanned clean in NOD32. A Hell of a lot of files to sift, and a large quantity is dry day to day BS. It’s still a treasure trove, but it’s one that will need a lot of filtering, and I haven’t even got to the code yet.
It’s been out there for 24+ hours and no mention in the MSM that I have seen. I haven’t watched Beck yet, but it is the type of thing he would leap on like a teething pittbull.

Do we have any Mac people? There seems to be a whole folder of OS X stuff in there.. I don’t know if it is code, or what, and I’m not going to try it, seeing as how OS X software crashes my poor PC, and the G5 is down for the count.

This is going to be fun if any ‘name’ reporters get hold of it.

    Bill
    *Still filter searching the folder*
I will take suggestions for search terms and such!
this is more fun than a barrel of eels!
    (and 3 times as slimy!)
