If the VMI hadn’t knuckled over to the feminazi’s and been forced to take women noone would be saying a thing about this. A kinder gentler VMI is NOT what the Nation needs.
BTW-Bob- thanks for the plug!
I agree with Y’all about this sensitivity bullshit. On the other hand, if you dress up as a Nazi, you’re kinda asking for trouble---my point is, that trouble should be you getting your ass kicked by the guy dressed as a Jew at the party; not getting disciplined because you offended someone.
I didn’t know kids were still allowed to dress up as cowboys and indians anyway!
On topic though, why is this news? A bunch of college kids dress up for a party and this is news? The MSM is so desperate for news they have to make something into a huge big deal?
MRLDS, the point is the students SHOULD dress however they want at a costume party. Witness---no fights. No ass kicking. Nothing like that happened.
Had he had his ass kicked I’d have faulted him for bad judgment for the situation. Whenever I gave a speech or presentation, the first thing I had to consider was the audience.
If these kids had misjudged, they’d have learned a lesson. But they didn’t and now the school is involved and had even considered disciplinary action!!!
Candy, the “news” was that the school was considering action against them.
That’s my point too, that you should be able to dress how you want, as long as you understand you’re responsible, not the school. ie whether its faulty judgement or not, it was HIS judgement, not the school’s.
anyway, I don’t even like costume parties… so, like, I’m gonna go… (runs away quickly)
