Agreed, very good stuff… Except, the terrorists are not ‘making’ shaped charges, they are getting them from Iran which has been confirmed more then once. These are military grade shaped charges and they are capable of ripping completely through an M1-A1 tank! What’s it going to take for us to open up a can a Whoop-Ass on Syria and Iran?!?!
Syria’s smuggling terrorists over their border and providing logistical support to the terrorists. Iran is secretly smuggling weapons over the border to the insurgents. What’s that you say about Shiites hating Sunni’s? Well the enemy of my enemy is my friend. For Iran and Syria it is first the Jews then the infidels that they hate most. It is not surprising they Shiites would help Al Qaeda in it’s fight with the infidels.
I would say that we are waiting for Iraq’s government to continue to take shape and their troop and police capability to improve. We need to continue striking the terrorist strong holds and hideouts and we need to escalate the effort. We are right now, being way to reactive instead of proactive. There are places in the western half of Iraq where we are not currently located and that’s where the terrorists are hiding out. It’s an area the size of Texas. The last big push against this zone stretched from the Euphrates river and swept west through many towns. Denying the enemy access to the river and pushing them farther from Baghdad is a start. Any time the enemy stands and fights we completely decimate them! They are cowards that run and hide like cockroaches but they leave booby traps to kill mostly innocent Iraqi’s.

Dead on about Iran. My idea of the Iran nuclear issue is not what most people think it is. My idea is just how much we should leave unirradiated, you know, for those who wish to pay extra for non-radioactive gasoline.
