1. It’s bullshit!

   He’s trying to excuse his own bad behavior caused by his own choices. He burned out his own brain. Apparently the head thumper who examined him thought he didn’t need hospitalization for meth addiction or the mental imbalance.

   He killed someone during the commission of several crimes.

   [bangs gavel] Take him away.

   Next we’ll get drunk drivers claiming that they didn’t know what they were doing because they were drunk.
