  1. Hmmm… a woman exploiting a close and recently deceased military relative for money and recognition.... sounds familiar. Are you sure her maiden name isn’t “Sheehan”? vampire

  2. Geez! Did you note that phrase “mother of four”? My stomach is upset.

  3. As luck would have it there’s a fresh space available on California’s death row. She looks like a fine candidate for it. I’m curious, though. If this crime was perpetrated on a Federal reservation, the Marine base, woudn’t it be under Federal jurisdiction?

  4. And wouldn’t the Marines love to try her under the UCMJ! Man that would piss the el cubos off!

  5. Yep, and there’d be no question of extradition. She’s still in country.

  6. "Who wants to babysit four kids?”
She had the option to leave, by her own words.
    Cold-hearted pre-meditated murder for money.
    Agonizing death by arsenic poisoning.

Does the military still hang felons at Leavenworth?  That’s what she deserves.

  7. Give her the “tookie” solution if she’s found guilty.

  8. Hang ‘er high!!!

How could anyone murder the person they vowed to love for the rest of his/her life?  I just don’t understand it.

Now I need to be extra careful about who I hang around with.

  9. If the court finds her guilty of murder one, I vote life without possibility of parole.

I’m wondering about the four kids.  This is about the worst situation in the world for kids.  I wonder if there are grandparents involved anywhere.
