Speaking of marrying young, I know a woman who’s about 40 years old and who is a grandmother. Her family is Iranian Jewish. She married *really* young, as did her daughter.
As to the guy bungee-jumping, I read on Worldnetdaily that the weight for the man shown in the article corresponds to 290 pounds!
What in the world is a 290-lb man doing bungee-jumping in the 1st place?
Maybe he was afflicted with STOOPID?

Unfortunately, sexual activity is legal at the age of 16 in New Zealand, the common outcome being that experimentation in the act has led to many unwanted/unplanned pregnancies. Add to that the fact that most South Pacific Island races(of which there are many here) do not believe in abortions and view children as gifts, young teens are of the mind set that it is the baby’s life that is more important than their own. Hence we have a high number of young mothers, but on the up side we also have a huge percentage of single mothers returning to obtain degrees and higher education later in life. I agree with Vilmar once upon a time it was the norm to be considered a fully capable parent at these young ages, and it is society that has become corrupt with the advent of welfare there to be abused.
