We have white-wing dove fly into our picture window all the time. Some recover, some don’t. The ones that don’t survive are cleaned, breasted, and frozen. When I get a dozen or so I stuff them with cream cheese and a piece of jalapeño, wrap them in bacon, and toss them on the grill.

Pop open a cold one, wait a few minutes, and enjoy…
