Peiper, this is very much over the top. WTF is wrong with the councils in Britain that they allow police state tactics to be used on citizens? Are they trying their best to prepare people to live under Sharia law whether they’re muzzies or not? After all, they ARE telling the people to surrender all rights to them (including having 2 wheelie bins if needed - as in your case).
Can you imagine what would happen if someone in an enclosed back yard, fully expecting to have their privacy intact, was sun bathing au natural? The one on the ladder could be brought up on charges of being a Peeking Tom, the sun bather could have a coronary or other medical emergency from the shock of finding them self being spied on. We’re talking all kinds of possible problems because the councils have decided they need to be PC.
