  1. I look at the pictures and they remind me of my daughter. Personally, I think the fashion designers are the paedophiles here. For years they have used models that look younger and “less developed” to push their “ideal” woman. It all fits into the progressive left’s playbook of desensitizing us to the abnormal and fostering a complete breakdown of society. To them Roman Polanski is a hero.

  2. She’s a very beautiful child. Hollywood beautiful. Beauty does not equal sex appeal; she’s an innocent child. I don’t find her pictures sexy or provocative or even flirtatious. She’s a kid. Period.

Granted, if she keeps those looks, at 17 she’s going to be a major boy magnet, just like Alexis Ren. So? I think that’s called living a charmed life. Right now, she’s just a girl.

I read the article, and maybe mom is freaking out a bit much. OTOH, maybe she’s running scared and feeling guilty, having been the one to put her daughter in the modeling spotlight.

  3. Considering she is from Russia she will be very lucky to avoid the Natasha trap that so many from that part of the world fall into.
Never ceases to amaze me how many beautiful white women come from the russian and baltic states, and with those big beautiful doll eyes.

  5. Until Steve brought up the subject of designers and younger looking models, I had not given that a lot of thought altho I did think the girls were actualy getting younger.  But speaking as something I never was and can’t ever hope to be, which is namely a parent, I think he has a valid point. Even if Steve were not a father, I think his point is well made and more than likely correct.

And then we have GrayJohn who as usual can put one on my paragraphs into one line and say it better.

Rich mentions beautiful white women from the Russian and Baltic states. Are you referring to the tennis players who do tend to look good? Like, the Baltic has a monopoly on this sort of thing. I don’t follow tennis but have noticed in the past that the white Russian enteries sure do look better than the Williams Amazons.

Drew.... No, beauty doesn’t have to equal sex appeal but it’s rare that it doesn’t. And if it’s Hollywood beauty, it has to have sex appeal cos that’s what puts bottoms in the seats, depending on the star and the movie.  And, these days we are using that word ‘sexy’ in different ways and on different subjects.
Going back to Steve’s point tho, here are some beautiful shots of a beautiful girl looking very much older model pose as well as that riviting look we have all seen before on models three times her age.

  6. Keep the hair the same, the “makeup” and clothes the same, the poses the same, change only the physical age of the model and you’ll have a serious hottie.

    That’s the point.

You’ve got very mixed messages here, a combination of childhood, sexuality and innocent beauty open to a lot of interpretation.

  7. Gee isn’t this the same crap behavior that has lead to all the Cosby accusations? 15 and 17 year old ‘models’ and actresses who wanted to become famous? And when it all goes wrong - it’s the evil, vile men who are at fault.

    Bite me.
