Big Brother Britain is a menace. The irony is, it’s the civil liberties lobby who are to blame.

 

1. So it’s a bit rich for the liberty campaigners to claim that fear of terrorism has eroded human rights.

   Indeed, but they just don’t get it. Maybe they will when there is a backlash and the odious BNP start getting seats in Parliament. This is a good article. Ironic that Melanie Phillips was once a liberal who wrote in the Grauniad. She must have been mugged!
