My kind of person - just dig in and do it yourself. Those are the kind of people who make America great.
Also shows that well made stuff can stand the test of time, dirt, and what ever people put them through.

Reminds me of David Hackworth’s story about finding an AK that had been buried in muck and mud on a dead NVA for over a year. He swished it in water and fired it on full auto just to show his men how much better a weapon it was for the jungles and swamps than the M-16.

The gun removes the disparity in physical strength, size, or numbers between a potential attacker and a defender.
